Client Analyst/Insurance Technician – Lloyd’s Broker – city/hybrid

Due to growth of the Non-Marine Client Services Team a permanent job for a Client Analyst/Insurance Technician has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role working as a Client Analyst/Insurance Technician means you will help with the creation of global policies, slips and endorsements records and provide support with the accurate and timely creation of client and market documentation, bordereau and statistics. You will keep all associated paper/electronic records to maintain a comprehensive audit trail for future reference. Duties will include supporting drafting of client evidence of coverage and all related documentation to produce Monthly Bordereau and Statistics, submitting Slips and LPAN’s to Bureau for signing using London Market based portals such as XIS, IMR and Lineage. Further duties will also include resolving client, global and data request queries promptly, developing business relationships with global markets, clients and colleagues and be an active participant in a team environment.


What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role within the London Insurance Market will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have a good knowledge of the (re)insurance market, good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, well organised, an ability to prioritise and multi-task and be a team player who is willing to work flexibly. Preferably, you will be ACII qualified or working towards it.
