Your new role

You’ll be advising a wide range of stakeholders in distressed scenarios - including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals - as well as acting for insolvency practitioners. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the firm.

• Leading transactional and advisory matters as the primary fee earner.
• Delivering commercially focused advice tailored to client needs.
• Drafting clear, concise documentation and communications.
• Supporting business development and contributing to practice growth.
• Managing multiple matters efficiently and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales with, ideally, 7+ years' experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Strong legal knowledge and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and client service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Enthusiasm for team collaboration and mentoring.
