Location: UK- Nationwide (remote)
3 month rolling contract, outside IR35
Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that align with customer transformation goals. You will lead architectural governance, provide strategic direction, and ensure the integrity and value of ServiceNow implementations across diverse industries.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes across the full lifecycle of solutions -from pre-sales and design through to delivery and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and customer strategy.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business sponsors, product owners, developers, and delivery teams to ensure value realisation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeys and helping them maximise ROI from the ServiceNow platform.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, and customer presentations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow product developments and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• Certified ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) preferred though equivalent experience or demonstratable skills are also valued.
• Deep understanding of the Now Platform and its capabilities and integrations with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of core modules and workspace architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering Service Management projects in a customer-facing context.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Agile delivery methodologies, and ITIL practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments across sectors such as public sector, financial services, and manufacturing.
