Fundraising Officer required in Bath

Your new role
As Fundraising Officer – Individual Giving, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering strategies that grow donor engagement and income. You’ll work closely with the Senior Fundraising Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager to create compelling campaigns and donor journeys that inspire long-term support.
- Develop and implement an individual giving strategy to increase donor acquisition and retention.
- Deliver engaging donor communications through an annual content plan.
- Lead bi-annual individual giving appeals, generating six-figure income.
- Promote legacy giving and secure pledges.
- Serve as CRM Administrator (Donorfy), using data to inform decisions.
- Act as the first point of contact for public fundraising enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising legislation and best practice.
- Support occasional evening and weekend events.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in individual giving, regular giving, or legacy fundraising.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Donorfy).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Knowledge of the homelessness or social inclusion sectors is desirable.
