£16/hour (Umbrella PAYE) | Temporary | 4–6 Weeks | Start Date: 18th August
Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to make a difference this summer?
We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support summer flush-out procedures at a busy student accommodation site in York. This is a temporary role lasting 4–6 weeks, ideal for someone with general labouring and cleaning experience who enjoys practical work and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out summer flush-out procedures across the site
- General maintenance and labouring tasks
- Deep cleaning of communal areas and student rooms
- Assisting the on-site team with ad hoc duties as required
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, or general labouring
- A proactive and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to start on 18th August
Pay & Details
- £16/hour (Umbrella PAYE)
- Full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
- Temporary contract for 4–6 weeks
- Based in York or surrounding areas
