Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional development.
Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We’re Looking For
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience working with children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable.
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
