We are a forward-thinking specialist school dedicated to supporting pupils with a wide range of special educational needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and social-emotional challenges. We are currently seeking Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team across a variety of roles

Role Overview As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant you will
  • Support pupils with complex and diverse needs in both one-to-one and small group settings
  • Work collaboratively with teachers therapists and support staff to deliver tailored learning plans
  • Promote independence emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
  • Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs
  • Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school culture
What We Are Looking For
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEN ideally in a specialist or mainstream setting
  • Strong communication skills and a calm empathetic approach
  • Flexibility resilience and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
  • Availability for ad-hoc supply cover is a plus
