Are you a digital marketer with a flair for project delivery and a passion for creating seamless online experiences? I am working in partnership with a construction company who are looking for a part-time Digital Content & Website Lead to project manage the development of their new website.

This is a part-time contract role for a minimum of 6-9 months until May 2026. This is a hybrid role where you will be based, 2 days in their Watford office and 1 day from home.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine your digital expertise, content strategy skills, and stakeholder management experience to bring a major web transformation to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new corporate website, from planning to launch - phase 1 May 2026.
  • Develop and manage SEO-optimised, user-centric content that aligns with brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
  • Champion SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, metadata, and content structure.
  • Define and uphold visual content standards (images, video, graphics) in line with brand guidelines.
  • Represent the UK region in global digital forums, aligning local needs with international strategy.
  • Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or website project management.
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and consistency.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content performance metrics.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
  • A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

What You’ll Achieve
  • A successful, on-time launch of a high-performing, user-friendly website.
  • Clear, consistent, and engaging content that supports marketing and business objectives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment with global digital strategy.
  • A platform that reflects their brand, enhances customer experience, and supports long-term growth.
