Employee Relations Case Advisor

Your new company

A leading higher education institution is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Advisor to join its HR team on a temporary basis for two years. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation undergoing transformation, with a strong focus on supporting managers and enhancing employee relations practices.

Your new role

You will play a key role in managing a significant increase in employee casework, providing expert advice and guidance to managers across a range of complex employee relations issues. You’ll also contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices. This is a hands-on advisory role requiring a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in employee relations casework, ideally within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and support managers confidently
  • Experience contributing to change or transformation projects is desirable
