This position is based in Bristol, with a preference for the successful candidate to be in the office 2–3 days per week. However, the company is open to discussing flexible working arrangements and may be able to offer a more remote setup for the right individual. They also welcome applications from those seeking flexibility around school or nursery hours.

- Communicating via email, phone, and video to resolve queries and chase outstanding details.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and other systems.
- Re-validating existing customers when changes in their information arise.
- Supporting other departments during peak periods or absences.
This is a customer-facing role that demands precision, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.

- Knowledge of AML regulations and other compliance practices.
