We’re looking for dedicated Early Years-KS2 supply teachers to join our team in the Solihull area.

As a supply teacher with Hays, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a consistent learning experience for students by delivering pre-planned lesson plans. Following the school's behaviour policies is key to fostering a positive and secure classroom atmosphere. At the end of the school day, it's important to assess completed work in accordance with school marking standards and leave a thorough handover to support a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.

What you’ll need to succeed?

Looking for a new opportunity in teaching? We’re seeking dedicated educators with experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2. If you have a preferred year group, let us know! Applicants must hold a QTS, and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. The ideal supply teacher will be passionate, adaptable, and committed to creating an engaging learning environment.
