Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and helping them thrive both academically and personally? ✨ What You’ll Be Doing
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating supportive and inclusive learning environments. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personalised 1:1 or small‑group support to students with a range of SEN needs.
  • Helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
  • Assisting teachers with planning, classroom management, and learning resources.
  • Supporting pupils’ emotional well-being and positive behaviour.

✔️ What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
  • A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant SEN training or qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience in healthcare or support work is also considered.
