  • Lead and support your project team with clear expectations and performance management.
  • Maintain excellent project records and documentation
  • Oversee QHSE compliance with support from the QHSE team
  • Manage procurement and specification of mechanical supply chain
  • Produce and review ITPs, RAMS, MARs, and lifetime quality records
  • Ensure teams work to the latest revisions via document control systems
  • Manage interdisciplinary interfaces across client, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Support short‑term planning, 6‑week lookaheads, and programme updates
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical engineering and multi‑discipline construction.
  • Experience managing Mechanical packages on large projects
  • Understanding of construction sequencing, cost, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Knowledge of environmental, safety, and quality requirements
  • Experience working with subcontractors and NEC contracts
  • Excellent record‑keeping and documentation management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
⭐ Desirable
  • HNC or NVQ Level 6 in Mechanical Engineering
  • SMSTS
  • Experience in nuclear, defence, or other high‑integrity sectors
  • CSCS White or Black Card
  • Professional membership (advantageous)
Why Join This Project?
You’ll be part of a major, long‑term infrastructure programme with up to 3 years of secure work, leading mechanical delivery on one of the region’s most significant construction schemes.
