Your new role
This newly created Personal Assistant position will play a key role in supporting the organisation through a period of growth and transformation. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll provide high-level administrative support, help coordinate meetings and events, manage diaries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The role is part-time (2 or 3 days per week) and will be reviewed in April 2026, offering flexibility and the chance to shape how the position evolves. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-led environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, mission-driven team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, your CV should show us:
- Proven experience as a PA or EA
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
- A proactive, adaptable approach and ability to work independently
- Discretion, professionalism and a genuine interest in the organisation’s mission.
Experience in the charity, public sector or environmental space is a bonus, but not essential.
