Your new role
Responsibilities
- Lead internal and third-party teams to deliver application development, enhancements, and maintenance, while managing value stream run costs.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Technology, and Business teams to meet value stream commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-led delivery processes and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality, standards-aligned product solutions.
- Work with Architecture to align applications with target architecture and technical standards.
- Oversee smooth transition of new products from programme to operational delivery.
- Coordinate with Change Management to ensure compliant and well-communicated deployments.
- Champion service improvement with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Skilled communicator and excellent stakeholder management, ability to work and influence at senior level
- Has a record of accomplishment of success, keeping to commitments, credibility and a trusted advisor
- Ability to work across multiple initiatives with strong delegation and empowerment skills
- High emotional quotient and self-knowledge; seeks feedback and gains insights from mistakes; views failures and challenges as learning opportunities
- Solutions-focused, maintains clear sight of longer-term strategy to drive shorter-term outcomes
- Strong understanding of technology delivery methodologies and operational outcomes
- Ability to solve, apply innovative thinking / creative problem-solving to resolve complex service issues
