Your New Role
- Support students aged 11–16 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Experience working with young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs or challenging behaviour.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
