Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Full-Time / Temporary (6 months, possibility to be extended)

Your new role
As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our client's customers—whether they’re visiting a branch, calling in, or reaching out online. You’ll play a key role in helping them manage their finances, resolve queries, and feel confident about their banking choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all customers
  • Handle a wide range of customer queries and transactions
  • Promote our digital services and support customers in using them
  • Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and security procedures

What you'll need to succeed
What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a bank is a must.
  • A genuine passion for helping people
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience (banking experience is a plus, but not essential)
