Your new role
The scope of this role will be to provide technical and scientific support to customers remotely and at customer sites of instruments and reagents. You will be expected to perform installation of instruments for demonstration and new purchases at customer sites (as well as performing initial validation prior to use).
What you'll need to succeed
- You will possess a confident working approach and enjoy the changing environment of Histology.
- You will have a strong desire to continually improve and be at the forefront of exciting new assays and techniques.
- You are knowledgeable about and understand a modern NHS laboratory.
- You will have a strong desire to improve and shape both patient treatments and pathways through advances in Histology.
- You will be able to demonstrate a high standard experience to our customer base and excel in the art of troubleshooting.
- Customer focused, you will be capable of working with minimum supervision and manage your time effectively.
- You will be expected to plan your own field work schedule and extensive travel arrangements autonomously.
Essential Requirements
- 3 years' laboratory experience.
- Knowledge of clinical Histopathology.
- Familiar with tissue diagnostics.
BSc Biomedical science or equivalent.
