Hays Technology in Newcastle are working with a local organisation to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis. This role requires a dedication to delivering high-quality customer service along with a good technical understanding.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve critical software issues
  • Take ownership of cases through to resolution
  • Assist other members of the support team
  • Ensuring KPIs are met
  • Liaise directly with customers regarding technical issues, via phone and email
  • Identify reoccurring technical faults and recommendations to the Support Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Time management skills
