Your new role
- Drive accountability for KPIs, including:
- Meetings booked
- Lead generation metrics
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives and contribute creative ideas to support campaigns.
- Confidently engage with schools, Local Authorities (LAs), and parents via phone to build relationships and generate interest.
- Lead and manage a team of telesales professionals, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Support the ongoing development and training of the team to enhance skills and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales environment, with a strong background in cold calling.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
