Your new role

As a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of ambitious, privately owned businesses. You’ll deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services, guiding clients through complex challenges such as succession planning, group restructuring, profit extraction strategies, and employee incentivisation. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of the tax team, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations affecting Owner Managed Businesses
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities and mitigating risk
