A well-established organisation in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team.
Your new role
As HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the HR function—supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Assist with employee queries and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying, you will have:
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
