About the Role:
You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a primary-aged pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom. This role is ideal for someone patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support tailored to the needs of the assigned pupil
  • Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and personal care if required
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Experience working with children or in a relevant support role

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
