Administrator - MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE WITH OWN CAR

Temporary Administrator – Document Management | £14.50/hr | Brentwood & Kent | 4-Week Contract

A leading name in UK construction is seeking a proactive and organised
Administrator to support a short-term project focused on document handling and archiving.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Reviewing boxes of project documents to identify key items such as drawings, contracts, and appointments
  • Scanning and digitising important documents for secure storage
  • Travelling to Kent to collect documentation and returning to Brentwood to complete the work
Key Details:
  • Location: Brentwood (with travel to Kent) (Must have own car)
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Pay: £14.50 per hour
  • Hours: 9 - 5:30, Monday to Friday
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with document handling and scanning
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Construction industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
