Temporary Administrator – Document Management | £14.50/hr | Brentwood & Kent | 4-Week Contract
A leading name in UK construction is seeking a proactive and organised
Administrator to support a short-term project focused on document handling and archiving.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing boxes of project documents to identify key items such as drawings, contracts, and appointments
- Scanning and digitising important documents for secure storage
- Travelling to Kent to collect documentation and returning to Brentwood to complete the work
Key Details:
- Location: Brentwood (with travel to Kent) (Must have own car)
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Pay: £14.50 per hour
- Hours: 9 - 5:30, Monday to Friday
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with document handling and scanning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Construction industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
