About Us
We are a dynamic and inclusive SEN college in Coventry, dedicated to supporting young adults with a broad spectrum of needs including autism, ADHD, complex learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of our learning journey. You will support them in the classroom, during enrichment activities, and throughout their day—building trust, boosting confidence, and helping them thrive academically and socially.

Your day might include:
  • One-to-one and small group support
  • Assisting with communication and sensory needs
  • Promoting independence and life skills
  • Collaborating with therapists, tutors, and families
  • Celebrating every milestone, big or small

Who We Are Looking For: We are not just hiring a TA—we are welcoming a change-maker. Someone who is passionate, patient, and ready to champion every learner.

You will need:
  • Previous experience supporting SEN learners or adults with additional needs
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • A proactive, compassionate approach
  • Full right to work and remain in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
