We are currently seeking committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support learners with Special Educational Needs across a range of educational settings.
This role is available on a part-time basis (typically Wednesday to Friday) or full-time (Monday to Friday), depending on your availability.
About the Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for learners with SEN
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Help implement individual learning plans and care strategies
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
What We Are Looking For
- Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs
- Background in education is desirable.
- Candidates from social care with SEN experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable, flexible and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
