Maintenance Engineer job in the greater Dungannon area paying up to £22 per hour. Joining a new and growing team lead by a hands-on, positive and progressive manager. The company is multi-site and known to invest well in their people and equipment. They are high volume processors and famous for consistent quality in products. Suppliers a client portfolio of over 100 clients and the numbers are incredible. The plan has had regular investment and is up-to-date with technology and a healthy amount of automation. There is a good teamwork value amongst the team.

Your new role

Joining a team of 4 including a hands-on manager, this is a very 'team centric' organisation where everyone contributes and holds responsibility for the success of the maintenance team. Hands on mechanical and electrical maintenance, they are open to all experience levels. The equipment processes a high volume of product daily and needs alert and hands-on problem solvers to join the team. The last 2 engineers we have placed with this company speak very highly of the role.

What you'll need to succeed

Ability and attitude trump qualifications in this role. If you can demonstrate hands-on maintenance ability in a production or processing environment or indeed a relatable area, then they are keen to speak to you about potentially joining the team.

What you'll get in return

Working from 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday for around £21 to £22 per hour. Work one Saturday in 4 and overtime is paid at time and a half. 28 days annual leave, some flexibility when needed and discounted products as a team member of this organisation.
