Location: Honington, Bury St Edmunds IP31 1EE
Rate: £25.15/hr (Umbrella) | £19.38/hr (PAYE)
Duration: 24 Oct – 16 Dec 2025
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic for device migrations
Assist users with system access and laptop refreshes
Handle device logistics, stock checks, and secure storage
Maintain accurate records in workflow management systems
Troubleshoot and escalate issues during migration
Ensure all equipment is locked and secured daily.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in IT support, device migration, or technical refresh projects
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with workflow management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active SC Clearance – essential for site access.
