A Business Analyst contract focused on improving services and delivering Dynamics based digital solutions
Business Analyst Contract – Paying between £450 to £550 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAP

Your new role
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse and document requirements, ensuring solutions are clearly defined and prioritised
- Support the design and configuration of CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery
- Lead or support testing activities, including user acceptance testing
- Provide insight into digital solutions, risks, and benefits to support decision making
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and service improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst where client case management is key
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a structured approach
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non technical audiences
- Experience in requirements gathering, user stories and stakeholder engagement
- A strong user focused mindset, using data and insights to drive outcomes
- Experience of working in a cloud based or service led environment
