Based in Belfast, the company is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to support their growing team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Manage administrative staff and coordinate with field teams
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with insurance companies, contractors, and clients
  • Handle incoming communications and schedule appointments
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies
  • Manage office stationery and supplies
  • Manage onboarding of new employees and ensuring they have the correct tools to lead to their success

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in the insurance or construction sector is a plus.
