About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join our team from January. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Studies, encouraging students to think critically, explore diverse perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Humanities lessons across Key Stages.
- Inspire students to develop analytical and evaluative skills.
- Contribute to enrichment activities, trips, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialism in Humanities subjects (History, Geography, RS, or related fields).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Ability to inspire and engage young people in Humanities learning.
