HR Manager

My client is looking for a HR Manager to join the HR team in an HR Generalist capacity with two direct reports. This role is full time, working on site 5 days a week, reporting to the HR Director.
Within this position you will take the lead on supporting the new implementation of the new HR system from their current system, ensuring a seamless migration of all HR functions. You will also oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive training programme for all employees to understand how the new HR system works and ensure they are supported.- Support managers on recruitment and workforce planning
- Manage all ER Casework
- Manage the day-to-day running of the HR team
- Oversee the HR system
- Mentor, develop and support the HR team
- Ensuring HR policies are kept up to date
- Provide HR advice, guidance and coaching to line managers
- Hands on involvement with the HR admin processes
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 5 minimum
Experience in a similar role previously
HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of employment law
Knowledge and experience of TUPE legislation
