HR Advisor Full-Time Warwickshire

As a HR Advisor your main duties will include:
  • Support operations by managing employee relations cases/process, including absence, capability, disciplinary, and grievances, ensuring successful resolution.
  • Prepare letters and relevant documentation for HR processes.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR Manager and escalating complex or high-risk cases.
  • Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR enquiries.
  • Monitor and record absences for review and action as needed, including arrange and manage Occupational Health referrals.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to team members and managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, including wellbeing, diversity, equality, inclusion, and employee engagement projects.
The ideal person should be:

  • Have a friendly and professional approach, with a passion for working with people.
  • Proven experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases, from the start through to resolution.
  • Good working knowledge of current employment legislation and its application in the workplace
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential in this role. With an eye for detail, you will ensure that all communications with Team Members are timely, accurate and in line with our practices.
  • Ideally, you will be at least CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards, or relevant experience within a previous HR role.
