In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Advise and coach managers and senior leaders on HR best practice, empowering them to manage their teams effectively.
- Support organisational change projects, including restructures and transitions, ensuring compliance and positive employee engagement
- Drive HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development
- Provide HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance
- Collaborate internationally, supporting HR operations across global sites
This is a position where you’ll have real influence, working closely with senior stakeholders and making a tangible impact on the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 5 (or above)
- Strong Employee Relations experience in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
