Our client is an award-winning property consultancy offering Architecture and Design, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, and Energy and Sustainability services to a wide range of clients across the UK. They are seeking an HR Advisor based in Braintree who is looking to progress their career by supporting the HR department within the organisation.
Your new role
- Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Producing HR reports and developing new in-house processes within the HRIS.
- Supporting the HR/Talent team with administration of the company ATS and the recruitment process.
- Full employee life cycle
- Conducting and overseeing the induction and onboarding process, including all relevant documentation.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as engagement activities, wellbeing programmes, and diversity and inclusion work.
- Ensuring all employee records are managed in line with GDPR and internal confidentiality requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 3 qualified.
- A minimum of 12 months’ HR experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment across various stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Some exposure to employee relations.
- Located within a commutable distance of Braintree.
