Your new company

A leading global law firm, circa 700 in London, are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team as an HR Advisor with an international remit. Reporting into the HR Manager, and covering the business services headcount, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the end to end operational HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, maternity/paternity, absence management and employee queries.
• Lead on a range of ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management issues.
• Support line manager with small team restructures, as well as ad hoc projects, policy implementation and salary/benefits review.
• Working with the business and HR Manager to create and implement new HR processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as an HR Generalist is essential, ideally within Professional Services.

• An HR operational background, with experience managing Employee Relations cases.

• Excellent GDPR and UK employment law knowledge.

• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
