Immediately Available HR Officer needed for an insurance firm in London

Your new company
You will be working for an insurance firm in Central London

This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH

Your new role
You will be working as a HR Officer on a contract basis until the end of the year. This role has the potential to extend further.

A key focus of the role is to support the implementation of the Workday HR system across the company and other group companies.

You will be part of a small project team and will assist with testing of the system across a range of functions as well as other aspects of the project eg reporting, training, etc

As HR Officer, you will provide advice to managers on routine employee relations matters such as performance and capability, absence, disciplinary and grievance, changes to terms and conditions and flexible working applications.

As part of the recruitment process, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the end to end process in line with business requirements to source suitable candidates in a timely, professional and efficient manner. You will also be involved in interviews.

Participating in a range of key HR activities performance/ PRP reviews, ensuring they run smoothly and are completed within designated timescales and you will take ownership for the end to end operational processes to support them is essential to the role. You will also conduct Company Inductions and Exit Interviews.

This is a fast paced, varied and crucial role within a busy HR department offering ownership and the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience using Workday. Ideally, you will also have implemented it.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of between £50,000 - £55,000 depending on previous experience
