  • Translate technical HR policies into practical guidance and training that managers can easily understand and apply.
  • Coordinate staff engagement activity, including surveys and stay/exit interviews, and share insights to support cultural improvements.
  • Deliver short training sessions to build manager confidence in core people processes, such as interviewing and holding effective 121s.
  • Contribute to the delivery of leadership development programmes and support with cultural and workforce data for reporting.
  • Provide coaching and oversight to ensure recruitment and compliance records are accurate and maintained to a high standard.
  • Act as a lead user for HR systems relating to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring workflows are efficient, and the candidate experience is high quality.
