As an HR Advisor on a temporary agency basis (9–10 months maternity cover), you will provide expert guidance on employee relations and management issues, including handling disciplinary and grievance cases. You will lead key HR processes such as recruitment, compensation planning, promotions, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company policies.

You’ll also support organisational changes including restructures, outsourcing, relocations, and mergers. A key part of your role will be upskilling managers to handle complex HR matters independently. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll forecast workforce needs and use data analysis to drive performance improvements. The role involves travel to various sites and offices, approximately 30% of your time.
