  • Support employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Administrative duties - supporting the wider HR team
  • Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Support HR reporting, data analysis, and system updates
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are applied consistently

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience of working in an officer/administrator role within an HR function -

  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation

What you'll get in return

You will be employed on a 6-month FTC basis and will be based in Wigan with the rest of the HR team. The organisation offers hybrid working, and you will work between 2 and 3 days from home per week post training. The salary on offer (pro rata) is from £32000 - £35000 depending on previous experience. There is free parking on site, and you will work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
