Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management:
Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. - Employee Relations:
Handle complex employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees. - Recruitment and Talent Management:
Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Develop strategies to support employee growth and retention. - Policy and Procedure Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- HR Administration: Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
