I have partnered with a long-standing client to recruit an interim HR Advisor. This role will run until the end of July.
My client is a nationwide organisation with 5 UK offices.Your new role
In this generalist HR Advisor role you will:
Be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations and management issues, as well as managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
Manager ER case load
You'll also lead important HR processes such as recruitment, compensation planning, promotions and objective setting, in line with HR guidelines.
You'll be a key player in supporting organisational changes to meet business needs, including restructures, outsourcing, relocation, job development opportunities, and mergers and acquisitions activity.
In addition, you'll ensure that managers are fully equipped to manage their own grievances, disciplinaries, performance and management processes, including complex cases.
You'll also work closely with the HR Manager to forecast workforce demand and identify opportunities to improve performance through metric analysis.
Furthermore, you'll play a vital role in monitoring absence and managing long-term sickness cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proven HR Advisor, with experience of supporting change programs.
What you'll get in return
Hybrid working, day date of £170-£200 per day
