HR Manager Job Stratford to start ASAP
Your new company
My client is a high-end supplier of luxury goods based on the outskirts of Stratford. With 5 offices and 125 employees they are now looking to bring on board a HR professional to help with day to day duties.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing a strategic HR partnership, HR procedures and policies, talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational development and HR operations along with day to day HR duties. This is a standalone role with support from the Group Operations Director and Training and Development Co-ordinator.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an SME environment, have strong knowledge of HR best practises, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
