HR Manager - London - Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to take ownership of HR delivery across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands, while supporting people operations in selected locations across EMEA and North America.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building reliable HR processes, advising managers with confidence, and ensuring compliance in fast‑moving, international environments. You’ll be the organisation’s UK HR expert, working closely with global HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to deliver a consistent and high‑quality employee experience.
What you’ll do
- Own UK HR operations and act as the UK employment law specialist
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and right‑to‑work compliance
- Support and advise managers on employee relations matters
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate, compliant delivery
- Maintain HR systems and data integrity (experience with HiBob is a plus)
- Contribute to global HR projects and process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in a UK‑focused HR Manager or HR Operations role
- In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Proven employee relations experience
- Confidence working across multiple countries and stakeholders
- Detail‑driven, pragmatic, and comfortable operating at pace
