A great opportunity to join this financial services organisation which is going through a rapid growth and expansion across various global locations. Having currently tripled their headcount in a short period, this organisation has ambitious plans to continue their successful growth plan.
Your new role
Due to internal promotions, our client is seeking a stand-alone HR Manager who is able to come in and hit the ground running to ensure the continued best practice that has already been implemented, as well as seeking continuous improvement. You’ll lead across the full HR spectrum, with a particular focus on talent management and performance development.
Working closely with the C-suite team, you'll be the main point of contact for all HR advisory as well as providing strategic advice on various global initiatives.What you'll need to succeed
You'll have worked within financial services and a regulated environment and understand the challenges around growing a company rapidly whilst still ensuring a high level of HR compliance and best practice is adhered to. You'll understand the importance of protecting a culture where the team are focussed and driven yet ensure that individuals feel supported. This role will suit an approachable HR Manager who is able to provide sound advice around all aspects of the HR cycle whilst still being heavily operational in their outlook.
You'll be CIPD level 5 qualified and above as a minimum and working in a regulated environment is essential.What you'll get in return
