HR Manager - Financial Services - London

An established and growing financial services organisation based in London is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function across UK and European operations. The company offers a collaborative and inclusive working environment, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, talent development, and employee engagement.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Manager will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving a high-performance culture, and overseeing all aspects of HR operations. This is a broad and impactful role with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Your new role
- Partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR strategy
 - Leading HR operations including payroll, recruitment, training, and employee relations
 - Managing a small HR team and supporting HR activity across European offices
 - Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and relevant regulatory frameworks
 - Overseeing compensation and benefits, including annual salary and bonus reviews
 - Designing and delivering training programmes for managers and staff
 - Promoting employee well-being and a positive workplace culture
 
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD qualification and ideally a degree or equivalent experience
 - Extensive HR management experience within Financial Services or a regulated industry
 - Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR governance
 - Experience managing complex employee relations cases
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
 - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 - Experience supporting international HR operations is advantageous
