Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — and provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and engagement initiatives. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, supporting line managers with performance and absence management, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice

  • A competitive salary circa £30,000
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas closure)
