I have partnered with an organisation who are looking for an HR Manager to join their small team on a part-time (22.5 hours pw) basis. You will be operating in a standalone capacity leading the HR function.

You will oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and implementation of HR strategies whilst ensuring the business is compliant with employment laws and regulations.

To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience as an HR Manager, with strong knowledge of HR practices and legal frameworks. Be able to work in a standalone capacity, and have a positive, adaptable and supportive approach to foster a positive work environment.
