Your new company
An ambitious organisation whose employees are at the heart of their success, is undergoing a period of strategic growth following the acquisition of a new business. The HR team is now seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support the integration programme, with a particular focus on delivering a smooth and compliant TUPE transfer.

Your new role
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering the TUPE transfer programme, ensuring all legal, operational and people‑related requirements are met. Working closely with the Group HR team, you will:

  • Lead TUPE activities — including due diligence, consultation, documentation, timelines and employee communications.

  • Contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the transition.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with hands‑on TUPE transfer delivery.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and change management processes.
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Comfortable working on a hybrid basis, with three days per week on‑site near Selby.
