Your New Role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and driving a positive, high‑performance culture across the site. You will be firm, driven and assertive where required, whilst remaining approachable and enthusiastic.
This is a strategic and hands‑on generalist role where you will:
- Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.
- Lead and embed performance management processes, ensuring effective goal‑setting, feedback and development planning.
- Support employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.
- Drive engagement through HR campaigns, onboarding, culture initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyse HR metrics to provide insights that inform decision‑making and enhance people management practices.
- Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence across compensation & benefits, learning & development, and recruitment.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects focused on talent development, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships across the business, promoting a unified, collaborative approach to people management.
- Ensure HR documentation, data and reporting are accurate, compliant and well‑maintained.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within a fast‑paced environment (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, technical operations ideally).
- Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
- Experience leading change and supporting cultural transformation.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum) and a relevant degree; Level 7 or advanced HR/OD qualifications are advantageous.
