You will be joining a prestigious global professional services firm, recognised as one of the largest in its sector with over 5,500 employees worldwide. The HR function is well-established, and following a recent restructure, the organisation is investing in strengthening its HR Business Partnering capability, creating an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner to step into a role that bridges advisory and strategic HR work.

Your New Role

As People Consultant, you will act as a junior HR Business Partner, supporting senior HRBP's and business leaders across the offices.
Operating in a generalist capacity, you will oversee complex employee relations, business partnering, and strategic HR projects. You will work closely with HR operations and senior stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions aligned with business needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive HR advice and coaching to managers, ensuring consistent application of policies and processes.
  • Partner with Senior HRBP's to deliver business improvement and change programmes.
  • Lead and support cyclical HR projects such as compensation reviews, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Handle complex ER cases including wellbeing, absence, performance, and flexible working, escalating where appropriate.
  • Generate and analyse HR data, producing dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Support talent processes including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.
