HR Business Partner | Permanent & 12 Month FTC Available | Up to £46,000 | Manchester | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity to join a diverse public-sector organisation based in Manchester who are currently seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join their team.

Your New Role
As HR Business Partner, you will provide both operational and strategic support to your business area. You will provide specialist HR advice across the organisation and build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide sound HR knowledge and advice.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address current challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Engage in strategic HR activities.
- Handle complex ER casework as needed.
- Develop and implement HR interventions in partnership with colleagues.
- Analyse people data to identify areas of concern and escalate as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in SLT meetings, acting as HR Business Partner.
- Lead change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong business partnering experience.
- Experience advising and supporting people managers in a large/complex organisation.
- Experience managing complex case work and change management.
- Ability to influence and persuade people managers.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and practice.
- Desirable: Experience within the public sector.
