Hays is proud to be working in partnership with a respected Multi Academy Trust to recruit a HR BP on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of July 2026, as a minimum. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly shaped HR service and make a meaningful impact across the organisation, in a strategic, high-impact role supporting in a period of change.
Opportunity to shape the people strategy, drive wellbeing initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders across a unionised, multi-contract environment.
Your New Role (Responsibilities):
- Lead strategic HR partnering across a complex, evolving organisation.
- Drive and support with organisational change processes (TUPE, Restructure ect).
- Collaborate with Regional Directors to embed a new people strategy.
- Champion wellbeing and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Navigate unionised environments and diverse terms & conditions.
- Influence and support change in a multi-site setting.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering.
- Strong background in organisational change, TUPE, and restructure.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage pushback effectively.
- Experience in unionised settings and navigating complex T&Cs.
- Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional regional travel.
