Your new role
As a HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Shared Services Centre by coordinating a variety of tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Issuing contracts and onboarding documentation for new starters
- Processing leavers and employee transfers
- Logging and monitoring sickness and absence
- Raising purchase orders using SAP
- Responding to reference requests
- Maintaining accurate electronic personnel records
- Supporting audits, HR Business Partners, and ad hoc projects such as TUPE and system implementations
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience working in a HR department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
