About the Role
This position is ideal for a recruitment professional with an understanding of HR fundamentals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing niche talent, guiding hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. When recruitment activity slows, you’ll pivot into HR support, triaging queries, assisting with generalist HR activities, and contributing to ad-hoc projects. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a confident communicator, and a visible champion of the company’s values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert in-house recruitment support across multiple business divisions
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners
  • Manage onboarding from offer through induction, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Support HR with first-line queries, HR generalist and project work
  • Coach managers on inclusive hiring practices and selection techniques
  • Monitor recruitment budgets and drive cost-effective hiring solutions
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to position the business as an employer of choice
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a broader HR team
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
  • Experience writing job adverts and leveraging social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and shifting priorities
  • HR generalist knowledge
  • International recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential.

Benefits Package
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 additional days during Christmas closure (annual leave will increase with service)
  • Company pension scheme (5% employer / 3% employee contribution)
  • Private healthcare (non-contributory)
  • Company sick pay
  • Death in service (4x salary) & critical illness cover (2x salary)
  • Income replacement
