- Coach managers on inclusive hiring practices and selection techniques
- Monitor recruitment budgets and drive cost-effective hiring solutions
- Collaborate with global colleagues to position the business as an employer of choice
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a broader HR team
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience writing job adverts and leveraging social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and shifting priorities
- HR generalist knowledge
- International recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential.
Benefits Package

- Company pension scheme (5% employer / 3% employee contribution)
- Private healthcare (non-contributory)
- Company sick pay
- Death in service (4x salary) & critical illness cover (2x salary)
