A great Public Sector organisation in the heart of Sheffield, working 2 days at home and 3 in the office.
KEY VACANCY INFORMATION-
Ongoing temporary role starting in August 2024/ September 2024 , this position requires an immediate start and will be on a rolling temporary basis to support through a busy period.
- Full time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Sheffield city centre
- Hybrid working requiring 3 days in the office
- Salary guide £29,000 - £36500
- In-house talent acquisition experience required ideally
Your new role
This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager requiring an immediate start. This role is initially required on a temporary basis to provide extra support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will run on a rolling temp basis to support with a busy project.
There is an expectation that the post would be to start with immediate effect in August 2024/ September 2024
Duties of the role will include;
- Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition function with duties such as candidate management, onboarding of new employees, working with Hiring Managers to support with recruitment
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Onboarding Portal
- Responsible for arranging interviews and driving recruitment through processing applications and telephone screening quickly
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the ATS system ( PinPoint)
- Responsible for candidate onboarding engagement and management of the onboarding portal
- Responsible for the new starter information and pre employment checks including use of Trust ID and Ref Now via Pinpoint
- Updating reports in Excel for the wider business
- Manage the recruitment inbox and general recruitment admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of in-house recruitment and be immediately available and be able to commit to the contract. You will enjoy flexible working and a hybrid working policy.
