HR Advisor – Long‑Term Temporary Contract
South Yorkshire | Multi‑Site | 3–4 Days Per Week | Competitive Rate

Your New Company

An established multi‑site organisation in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a long‑term temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive HR team, delivering hands‑on people support across a varied workforce.

Your New Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll provide proactive and professional HR support across several sites, building strong relationships with managers and employees. This role is on‑site and involves travel across South Yorkshire, so flexibility to move between locations is essential.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a range of Employee Relations (ER) cases including sickness, performance, disciplinary and grievance
  • Coaching and guiding managers on HR policies, processes and best practice
  • Supporting HR project work and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR procedures across all sites
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful, you will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist experience and a solid background managing ER cases from end to end. You will be confident, resilient and able to work both independently and as part of a wider HR function.
Applications are welcomed from candidates seeking a part‑time role (3 or 4 days per week).

You will also need:
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to travel between sites across South Yorkshire
  • A practical, solution‑focused approach to HR

What You'll Get in Return
  • A long‑term temporary contract within a reputable organisation
  • Flexible part‑time working pattern (3 or 4 days per week)
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a visible HR role
  • Supportive environment with opportunities to develop your HR practice
What to Do Now
If you’re an experienced HR Advisor looking for a flexible, part‑time opportunity within a dynamic, multi‑site environment, we’d love to hear from you.
