This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will provide expert HR advice and operational support across the business.
Your new role As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate on application the skills and experience to complete the duties of the post, which will include;
- Advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters (inclusive of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance)
- Supporting investigations and casework
- Maintaining accurate HR records
- Contributing to HR projects focused on engagement, including culture and process improvement.
- Supporting performance management processes and direct support to line managers
What you’ll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and ideally a relevant degree.
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced / growing organisation
- An excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
