Full time 9am - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
37.5 hours a week 2 days a week hybrid available Salary guide £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. Your new company An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will provide expert HR advice and operational support across the business.

Your new role As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate on application the skills and experience to complete the duties of the post, which will include;

  • Advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters (inclusive of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance)
  • Supporting investigations and casework
  • Maintaining accurate HR records
  • Contributing to HR projects focused on engagement, including culture and process improvement.
  • Supporting performance management processes and direct support to line managers
What you’ll need to succeed
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and ideally a relevant degree.
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced / growing organisation
  • An excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
