Temporary HR Advisor/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor to provide essential support during a busy summer recruitment period. This role will cover the HR team while they recruit for a permanent HR Advisor, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment.
Your new role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional guidance.
- Handle general HR administration, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with HR casework, offering support on employee relations matters.
- Oversee data administration, ensuring HR systems and records are up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, or similar HR roles.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
