You’ll be joining a global organisation with a strong international presence, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. My client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join them on a 12-month FTC.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technology roles within a global IT function. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles across international teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet hiring goals.
- Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Schedule interviews across time zones and support onboarding processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Structured and detail-orientated
- Ability to build relationships
- Basic knowledge of HR
- Familiar with Recruitment Systems
- Tech recruitment experience
