Location: Chester Area (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic and evolving team located in the Chester area. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic and evolving team located in the Chester area. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in the office, ensuring a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. - Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires. - Policy Development:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Performance Management:
Support managers in the performance review process, including setting objectives and conducting appraisals. - Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. - HR Administration:
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports. - Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GDPR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
